::::: Help Dundjinni! Objects and Textures: Fantasy: Topic: Roof modular flood - new Author Message aegean Mythic Joined: Location: Turkey Posts: 2182 Posted: at 12:56pm IP Logged Ok. I have had a WIP on my computer for at least 6 months if not longer, so I decided to finish it off. It isn't perfect - some pieces need a slight resize (I may correct this in the near future). Due to post restrictions I have had to post this on rapidshare, at the moment in one 28meg zip containing all, but I will try to post the 5 separate tile types into smaller rapidshare files ( the issue there being that you will have to wait between downloads unless you have a premium account - they are cheap though). THE LINK CAN BE FOUND Ok below is 5 Jpegs showing LOWER RES examples.

In the files you will notice north/south and east/west variants this is because ı wanted a slight off noon shadow - very slight so I didn't have to resort to gradient shadows that make the roof seem 'round' these shouldn't cause too much probs on the maps. Please post the textures - I had a major learning curve recent (well a few major ones since I started these roofs) and I was thinking of starting over as I have solved my naff roof ridge / saddle problem ae (maybe a few days to reply - job on for a few days.

The first batch of roof textures is posted.
(6 each of four different textures). I'll add more textures later this week and take a good look at designs. By the way, the Apprentice also has Aegean's Roof Collection available in the Special Collections section. I found a file 'ZF9rools-4e.zip' inside were 5 different round tiled roofs in different shades of reddish brown. Is this what your looking for? I also found 8 roof tops such as the one below I shrunk to jpg size. I didn't see a zip file but I did find the 8 in 'UserArt2007' file I had downloaded.
I can zip them and send email if you wish. Don't have a site I can keep them on for all time. It's an OLD topic, haha. I'm interested in the roofs as well. That's not to say I wouldn't appreciate a posting of the zip you've got, Dragonlady.

It is rather large even zipped.:) Bogie Dundjinni Master (Admin) Joined: Location: United States Posts: 5163 Posted: at 3:48pm IP Logged I will look to see if I have these roofs when I get home. In the meantime I downloaded the first one as a jpg and using Photoshop I deleted the white and erased the dropshadow.
Then I used outer glow to create a new shadow, saved it as a png and then ZIPed it. I had to reduce the size a bit to get in under the 2MB limit. They are now available at the Nook. The rooftops and chimneys themselves are available standalone. The dormers and everything else are contained in the quick downloads so registration is required.

No, cause I clicked on that one first (slate) and I kept getting 'must' log-in message.
I made sure I was logged in and got all but the last one and when I tried that it gave me the log in message again. Whatever you did I got it first try this time. Edited by Dragonlady on at 1:04pm.
